Me and The Old Timer Score

This morning was one of the most beautiful mornings I've ever experienced in the woods. It was the coolest morning in probably 6 months and I'm beginning to hate hot weather. Man it was great...peaceful. Maybe one day I'll move to the great white north.
Some of my fondest memories growing up were hunting and fishing with my dad. He took me on many a great adventure exploring creeks, huge stands of old growth forests and a few old house places (even a few old moonshine stills) all with a story from my dads childhood. Yes we killed a few deer, like today's fat little 4 point and I remember many times we had more fish than we could pick up on a stringer....good times. Most importantly, we had fun and have stories to think back on. Well old timer turned 70 the other day and as you can see he's still going strong. Thanks dad and happy birthday. NikonD70 12-24 lens.
