This weekend was what our family jokes about as the worlds greatest parade, better known as the Valley Parade. When old Jake and Elwood from the Blues Brothers movie saw these folks on the side of the road he said Oh Yeah, we're in the south now. But I tell you, you'll get more candy in this parade than you will on Halloween and believe me, if you have a float you better not run out. Last year my sons football team was in the parade and we ran out of candy near the end and we got booed. It was great.Monday, December 10, 2007
