My Friend Reggie

My friend Reggie Merriweather (on right) was the guest speaker at a middle school sports banquet tonight. Reggie was a standout player in high school and had over 20 TD's at Clemson. But most of all Reggie is a stand up guy, he's a genuine fellow and I was lucky enough to be on the sidelines when he scored 3 TD's against the Gamecocks. I'll never forget that day, not so much because my team won but because I saw a good guy have a career day. He worked hard and it paid off. He told the kids tonight work hard in school, play hard on the field and NEVER give up.
