The 50mm is quickly becoming one my favorite little lenses. The large aperture allows you to shoot in low light and the perspective on a digital camera is just about right for portraits. For many years I've read about how my favorite photographers talked about seeing the light. I think I've only just begun to see it....use it....feel it. I'm seeing light right now like I've never seen it before, I hope this continues and I hope I can one day take the photographs I really see in my minds eye.Tuesday, November 06, 2007
Life at 50mm
The 50mm is quickly becoming one my favorite little lenses. The large aperture allows you to shoot in low light and the perspective on a digital camera is just about right for portraits. I'm seeing light right now like I've never seen it before, I hope this continues and I hope I can one day take the photographs I really see in my minds eye.
