We were riding a hay wagon on a Christmas light tour the other night when I saw the American Flag display with a big area in the middle with the lights missing. I heard some kids in the front of the wagon start saying the pledge which was encouraging, then I heard someone else say "kinda fitting, the country has a big void in it right now"
