I went on a field trip today with some middle schoolers down to the Carolina coast. We met up with "Dr. Doug" Williams of http://www.bluemarblescience.com to learn about life on the beach and the salt marches. What a cool guy, he's so passionate about what he does and has seemly boundless energy. If you're looking for a great field trip for your class, look him up, you won't be disappointed.
