Groundbreaking

All the boys from the city and construction outfits broke ground the other day on the city's new municipal building due to be complete in 2008. I always rack my brain trying to come up with new way of shooting this photo, I have a few new ideas for next time but maybe groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings are just meant to be boring.
